| DESCRIPTION: I have over 30 years sewing experience and 7 years of theatrical wardrobe experience, including costume design. I have worked in theatre, opera, and film, building and managing costumes. I have been a dresser for several broadway touring shows. I also stage crew. I am the proprietor of Shari's Sew Creative, a full-service tailoring and alterations business, and Past Perfect, a period-accurate sewing service providing costumes to a variety of sources, such as fantasy and role-playing organzations. I also have a bachelor's degree in Business and Public Administration, majoring in Human Resources which allows me to manage a shop, it's inventory and employees, as needed. |
