Our crews work not only in Ireland but extensively throughout Europe and further afield, in locations as diverse as trekking across the Icelandic tundra, war-torn Lebanon, downtown New York and at 7000 metres on the summit of the Andes.
PRODUCTION JOB: Acorn's aim is to provide the personnel and technical package that suits the client's project and budget. We have a complete range of technical equipment from DV formats, Beta SX, Digi-Beta and minicams, full audio facilities and a wide range of lighting, grip and ancillary equipment including underwater housings. Our Post-production department is equipped with tape editing on all formats, from offline editing on the Oscar winning Lightworks system and Final Cut HD running on dual G5 system with SDI capture all with creative and adaptable editors to make it work. In addition to these core services we run a busy dry hire department putting together all sorts of camera, sound and editing packages to meet the needs of the professional.
