As a Key grip I bring a competent hard working crew that is easy to get along with. I also can refer you to many other soild crew members in other departments. As far as a pesonal level I belive that it is very important to maintain a good attitude and a smile because frankly you can't work 12 to 20 hours a day and not burn out unless your enjoying yourself.
